What You Get Working With Me

Every client begins with a deep-dive initial consultation, where we’ll go through a detailed nutrition and lifestyle audit. Together we explore what's working, what's not, what you'd like to achieve and how we'll get you there. Afterwards, you’ll receive a personalised blueprint with clear recommendations tailored just for you. My nutrition clinic is fully online, and all consultations take place via secure, private video calls, making it easy and convenient for you.

Starting with an initial deep-dive 90-minute video consultation, we explore where you're currently at, your challenges and your long-term goals. This is your space to share your struggles, goals, and anything that’s on your mind - without fear or judgement. We then get super clear on what's working & what's not, areas you'd like to focus on, what you'd like to achieve whilst working with me and how we'll get you there.

During your consultation, I’ll guide you through your nutrition and lifestyle audit, reviewing and discussing your current eating patterns, energy levels, sleep routine, movement habits, and more: all the building blocks that support a healthy, thriving you. Because health is more than just what you eat. I'll provide you with personalised recommendations and professional guidance on how we can adjust your habits to align with your goals. All of what we do is collaborative, meaning we come up with goals and solutions together. This forms the foundations from which I build your personalised blueprint, so it's as unique as you.

After our consultation, you'll receive your personalised blueprint tailored to your needs, preferences, and goals. No rules. No unrealistic advice. Just clear, practical steps - designed just for you - to help you move forward with confidence and ease. This is a detailed PDF document providing you with recommendations on nutrition, movement, sleep, lifestyle habits and more. Evidence-based supplement recommendations & test referral letters/recommendations will be given if necessary. (Please note: You will receive this via email within 3 working days after your initial consultation).

Follow Ups & Additional Add-Ons

Our first consultation is where we lay the groundwork, but let’s be honest – making changes stick on your own can feel tough. Having that regular support, accountability, and space to ask questions makes a huge difference. It's often the key to creating long-lasting, meaningful change that actually fits your life. That’s why many of my clients choose to continue with 3-6 months of video follow-up sessions.Once you've booked in for your video follow-ups, you have the option to add on additional support and guidance in the form of weekly check-ins or WhatsApp support.

Video follow-up sessions are a powerful way for us to check in and see how things are going. They give us the space to explore what’s working well, tackle any bumps in the road, and fine-tune your personalised blueprint so it continues to feel right for you. These 45-minute sessions are all about keeping the momentum going with support, clarity, and small adjustments that make a big difference over time. Clients who commit to video follow-ups for 3 to 6 months tend to see the biggest shifts. It's not about perfection, but consistency, confidence, and having someone in your corner to support you and keep you accountable. You can have these at 2, 4 and 6 weeks intervals.

WhatsApp check-ins are a great option for people who want that added guidance on a weekly basis. You’ll have unlimited access to me for any questions, worries, or little wins you want to share, so you’re never left second-guessing. Whether you need a bit of reassurance or a quick answer, I’m just a message away. I’ll reply within 48 working hours, Monday to Friday, so you can feel supported and confident as you build your new habits, at a pace that suits your lifestyle.

These weekly check-ins offer a lighter-touch approach to ongoing support – perfect if you prefer something flexible and reflective, without a constant back-and-forth. They’re completed via a simple Google Form and designed to help you stay focused, track your progress, and feel supported every step of the way. Using a set of structured questions, I’ll guide you through reflecting on your week, from celebrating your wins to noticing what’s felt tricky. You’ll have space to explore what’s working, identify any barriers, and map out clear, doable steps for the week ahead. There’s also a dedicated space to ask any questions, so you never feel stuck or unsure.

What People Are Saying

FAQ'S

When we work together, my aim isn’t to hand you a rigid plan to follow; it’s to help you feel confident in making food choices that support you. I don’t offer tailored meal plans or design your meals for the week, because real life doesn’t run on schedules and rules, and your nutrition shouldn’t either. Instead, I’ll guide you in understanding what your body needs, how to adjust the meals you already enjoy, and how to tweak your go-to recipes so they align with your goals, without having to give up the foods or habits that feel familiar and comforting. I’ll also share practical resources packed with useful recipes and inspiration, so you always feel supported when you need fresh ideas. The goal? To help you feel relaxed and confident with food, whether you’re at home, on holiday, or saying “yes” to a spontaneous meal out with a friend. No guilt. No ‘off-plan’. Just real life, with food that works for you.

If you’re feeling unsure about whether a certain food is causing symptoms, it’s totally understandable to want answers and fast. But most at-home intolerance tests just aren’t reliable. They often lead to a long list of foods to avoid, which can feel overwhelming and, more importantly, might not be necessary and could cause more harm than good. If you're experiencing symptoms or suspect a reaction to certain foods, just let me know. We'll figure out a sensible, supported way to explore it together - no stress, no guesswork. The most effective and safe way to determine food intolerances is with a short-term elimination and reintroduction approach - ideally with guidance from a qualified Nutritionist or Dietitian (like me!).

As with anything, everyone moves at their own pace, and real change takes time. That’s why I offer my coaching in a way that can be tailored to your needs and preferences. Whether we have only video follow-ups, or you add in WhatsApp support and/or weekly check-ins, is up to you. My services are completely tailored to your needs and preferences. Ideally, we'd have a minimum of three months together, because those first few months are where the foundations are built. It’s enough time to see real progress, grow your confidence, and start making changes that last. You can choose to have your video follow-up sessions fortnightly, monthly or every 6 weeks. This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about steady, supported progress that fits your life.

A fair question, and the honest answer is, no one can guarantee results. Why? Because real, lasting change depends on a mix of things: your goals, your starting point, your consistency, and how much you're able to engage with the support and guidance I provide. What I can guarantee is that you’ll get a supportive, professional space where we focus on you, your diet, your lifestyle, your habits, your challenges, and your wins. I’ll give you the tools, education, and encouragement to make sustainable changes that feel realistic and empowering. I’ll be right there beside you to help you keep moving forward, even when life gets messy. And if you’re showing up and putting the work in, you're bound to see the results you want.

If you're done with restrictive diets and you're ready to learn how to nourish your body in a way that actually supports your energy, mood, and goals, this might be exactly what you’ve been looking for. My approach is designed for women who are ready to leave diet rules behind and build confidence around food. You don’t need another plan to follow, you need clarity, consistency, and support to make changes that last. You need something that works with real life. You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to be ready to put in the work and stay open to learning a new way, one that feels empowering, not exhausting. If that sounds like you, then yes, this is likely a great fit. And if you're still unsure, I’m always happy to chat it through with you. Book your free consultation so we can chat through anything that's on your mind.

I hold a first-class BSc (Hons) degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Westminster.
